These homemade sweets can be also referred as Guilt Free Sweets or Healthy Sweet Recipes.
Ingredients
Plain Oats ¾ Cup
Sooji ¼ Cup
Stevia powder ¼ Cup
Ghee ¼ Cup
Cardamom powder ½tsp
Method
1. Roast the Sooji (semolina) in a pan without oil.
2. Let it cool down for some time.
3. Meanwhile, roast oats in a different pan.
4. Let it cool down for 20 minutes.
5. Grind it into fine powder and pour it in a bowl.
6. Put the pan on fire.
7. Add Ghee in the pan. Let it melt.
8. Add the powdered oats into the pan.
9.Mix it well
10. Add Sooji (semolina) to it. Add mix it well.
11. Add stevia powder. Mix it well
12. Add cardamom powder and mix it well.
13. Turn off the fire.
14. Put the whole mixture in a plate.
15. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
16. Apply some ghee over your palms.
17. Make small balls of the batter into ladoos.
18. Oats ladoo are ready to be served.

Cashew 5 nos
Raisins 5 nos
Cardamom powder ½ – 1 tsp( depending on taste)
Green Pista 5-8 nos
Saffron 10 leaves

Cottage cheese ( Paneer) 50 gm
Sugar substitute 20 gms or 15 drops
Almonds 10 nos
Cashew 5 nos
Raisins 5 nos
Cardamom powder ½ – 1 tsp (depending on taste)
Green Pishta 5-8 nos
Saffron 10 leaves

Milk ½ cup
Ghee 1 Tbsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp
White sesame seeds ¼ cup
Coconut powder ¼ cup
Cashew nuts 12
Stevia powder/ drops 10 gms/ 8 drops

Stevia ¼ cup
Wheat flour ½ cup
Sooji (Semolina) 2 Tbsp
Plain oats 2 Tbsp
Skimmed milk 1 Tbsp
Grated nutmeg ¼ tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Baking powder ½ tsp
Baking soda 2 pinch
Butter 4 Tbsp
Almond flex 2 Tbsp
Cherry 1 no
