Moreover, inadequate dietary and lifestyle pattern has made all of us irritable, frustrate, un more prone to stress or depression and near to the diseases.

Though, every step of life does not turn as planned but still we must try to think in all direction what may happen and plan what ideally can be done to reduce stress and pressure. Daily every one of us faces certain situations that were not even given a thought, therefore think of the certain and uncertain possibilities and draft the reactions by thinking how to handle them.
2. Avoid Multitasking:
Truly, multi-tasking results in havoc, turmoil and confusion. A simple work would take becomes time consuming. Henceforth, it is always recommended to handle a single work or task at one time. This will not only saves time but also reduce stress and load. On contrary, keep you calm under pressure too. I try to choose one task, see it through, and head on to the next task that needs to be done.
One must learn to adapt the circumstances instead of getting irritated over what had happened. Take some time to rethink what to do and be patient. It helps in keeping you calm under pressure.

When to do list is long, mark on your priorities. It will maintain your composure and makes you cool. It will help you remaining calm under pressure.
5. Count or Chant “OM”
Take a deep breath, believe in self and either start doing counting from 1 to 0 or you may chant the “OM”. It will impart an array of positive outcomes even at pitfalls. It will surely, give you confidence to deal with the situation.

One must attain an attitude that may helpful to them and support them to be out of stress when the workload is immense. The attitude should be “I CAN DO IT” other than the false and imaginary one. Focus on all the positives; bring them together and just do it. It will provide you satisfaction and bring out of the stressful situation and makes you calm when under pressure.
7. Team Work
When you are independent you can do the work by self. Every work needs some time and need you to focus on very small thing. Its better to work under team. It will decrease your hard pressure and long steady targets into small and achievable ones. It is always better to work with the team support.

9. Decision Making Power
Decide quickly and make decision hassle free. But, one must possess foresighted feature and think of the possible outcomes irrespective of evens and odds. Whatsoever, suits the best must choose out of it. The decision should be made in the suitable duration and might not leave it going i.e. depending.
Keep a check on the execution of the planned and already decided decision. The more smooth the implementation and execution is the more good will be the result. Thus, helps you in keeping calm when under pressure. As, releases the amount of pressure.
